Brett Pyle is a speaker, author, executive advisor, and trusted guide to CEOs, business owners, and senior leadership teams. His work helps leaders discover clearer purpose, deepen self-understanding, and lead from a more authentic and significant place.

A former senior executive with Amoco and BP, Brett has led strategic initiatives across the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific. His corporate career included pioneering peer advisory groups for independent business owners and helping guide the integration of Amoco and BP’s national brand advisory structure during one of the largest corporate mergers of its era.

For the past decade, Brett has served as a Vistage Chair, keynote speaker, retreat facilitator, and leadership advisor, working closely with thousands of business leaders across the country. He is known for creating high-trust environments where leaders are invited to move beyond surface-level performance and engage the deeper questions of identity, purpose, legacy, and significance.

Brett is the author of Your Extraordinary Why: Living a Successful Life of Significance and creator of the xWhy® Course Experience, a process designed to help people discover clarity of purpose through reflection, story, conscience, and legacy.
