With an MBA from Texas A&M University and experience as an adjunct faculty member at the SMU Cox School of Business, Courtney blends real-world leadership experience with clear, practical frameworks that help leaders navigate the relationships and conversations that matter. She most recently served on the Board of Directors of the National Speakers Association North Texas as Outgoing President, and as President in 2024-2025.

Offstage, Courtney is a wife, mom, and frequent flyer whose ideal Friday night includes a glass of wine, true crime, and being asleep by nine. Dateline is her favorite!
