Laurie Flasko, CSP, PCC, is a motivational speaker and customer experience expert who helps people create stronger relationships, healthier workplaces, and more meaningful experiences.

Through The Kindness Advantage, Laurie shows how kindness—combined with courage, accountability, and action—can strengthen trust, leadership, and workplace culture. In We Get It, her signature customer experience program, Laurie takes audiences beyond the transaction to the moments that shape how customers feel about an organization. Using her practical customer experience framework, she shows people how to move service from good to great, create meaningful “wow” moments, and turn everyday interactions into experiences that build trust and loyalty.

For more than 25 years, Laurie has worked with leaders, frontline employees, and teams across a wide range of industries. Her presentations blend inspiring stories, humour, and real-world experience with practical tools audiences can use immediately at work and in life.

Laurie is a Certified Speaking Professional and Professional Certified Coach. She also completed Stanford University’s Applied Compassion Training program, where her resilience capstone was featured.

Her mission is to help people recognize the power they have to make someone’s experience better—one interaction at a time.
