Nadine O. Vogel

Corporate Executive turned global business owner turned passionate artist, Nadine Vogel holds a B.S., Industrial Psychology, College of Charleston and an MBA, Golden Gate University.
As an abstract artist residing in Folly Beach, S.C. and Highland Beach, FL, Nadine primarily paints heavy texture using acrylics but also enjoys a variety of mixed mediums, always exploring new styles and colors. Living on the water, Nadine’s creative process is inspired by the sights, sounds and rhythms of the ocean, intracoastal and marina, as well as her life experiences as an author, public speaker, professor, TV Host, Interior Designer, global Disability Consultant, mentor, wife and mother to two beautiful women, one of whom is disabled. She believes that it’s those experiences, including the painful ones, that serve as a source of strength and creativity.
Nadine is currently represented by The Hagan Fine Art Gallery in Charleston, S.C. and Contemporary Art Projects USA Fine Art Gallery in Miami, FL. Her art is on display in the lobby of the Le Meridien Hotel in Dania Beach, Fl and in the permanent collection of The Freedom Tower Museum in Miami. She is currently Art in Residence at Roper Hospital, Mt. Pleasant, S.C.
In addition to painting, Nadine leads experiential programs on The Art of Leadership, The Art of Mental Health & Wellness, The Art of Design and more.

As CEO of Springboard, Nadine works with corporations globally on disability inclusion.
She's the author of “DIVE IN, Springboard into the Profitability, Productivity and Potential of the Special Needs Workforce,”, and a regular contributor to professional, industry and consumer publications. She's been the subject of published cases for Harvard where she also serves as a guest lecturer. For the Universita Europea di Roma in Italy, she developed curriculum and regularly teaches on Disability Inclusion Management.
