Rachel Druckenmiller

Rachel Druckenmiller, CSP®, is a nationally recognized keynote speaker, leadership trainer, TEDx speaker, singer-songwriter, and founder of UNMUTED. For nearly 20 years, she has helped leaders and teams build the self-trust, clarity, and courage to stop holding back and start making the impact they're capable of.

At the heart of Rachel's work is a simple idea: some of the most capable people in our organizations aren't struggling because they lack talent. They're holding back because they don't fully trust themselves. Through her signature UNMUTED message and V.O.I.C.E. Method, Rachel helps people move from self-doubt to self-trust, hesitation to meaningful contribution, and going through the motions to showing up fully. Her work empowers people to stop sitting in the audience of their own lives and make the contribution only they can make.

Before speaking full-time, Rachel spent 13 years inside one of the nation's largest employee benefits consulting firms, ultimately serving as Director of Wellbeing and Employee Engagement and later partnering with organizations including Deloitte, Citizens Bank, and Sherwin-Williams.

Rachel's own story embodies her message. After experiencing burnout and later being hit by a pickup truck, she began questioning where fear had kept her on the sidelines. At 38, she pursued a lifelong dream of becoming a singer-songwriter. She has since released five original songs and performed the National Anthem at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Rachel has been recognized by Forbes, Smart Meetings, Workforce Magazine, and the Wellness Council of America, which named her the #1 Health Promotion Professional in the U.S. She holds a master's degree in health science, a bachelor's degree in psychology, and the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®) designation.
