Ralf is a keynote speaker, trainer, consultant, and author who has spent more than two decades building organizations around Begeisterung — a German word, rooted in Geist ("spirit"), that runs deeper than "enthusiasm." He is the founder of STRUPAT.KundenBegeisterung!, one of the first full-service agencies in the German-speaking market devoted entirely to customer and employee Begeisterung.
