Professional Bio
Based on lived experiences as a former decade-long CEO of a national energy services company, I have partnered with founders, C-level leaders, and their senior teams to make conscious changes to their lives and careers.
With over 26 years as a national speaker and executive and career coach at Performance Consulting, LLC, I focus on empowering motivated leaders and teams to build emotionally intelligent (EQ) cultures and foster meaningful multi-generational connections. My work is grounded in psychological type, leadership development and executive coaching, with a strong emphasis on enhancing self-regulation and communication through EQ principles.
Because of my research and practice in decision-making as a private pilot and my top-secret clearance designations as a leader in multiple Aerospace and Defense contract positions, I bring unique insights into decision-making and human factors, enriching my speaking platform for clients across all industries.
I'm happily married since 1998 to Ron Murray, a US Air Force Academy graduate, high time pilot and Vietnam Combat Veteran (DFC), and a serial entrepreneur with many startups to his credit.
Oh, and I'm a Boston native, 1st generation American, and dual citizen of the U.S. & Ireland.
I'm happily active in faith-based life and marriage coaching, multi-generational church leadership coaching, and prison ministry to women.
