How do I do it?
Over the past 18 years, I've written 12 books translated into 4 languages and delivered more than 775 keynotes and training workshops — both in person and online (from Marrakech to Riviera Maya, with stops in Hearst along the way…)
I created the annual Gen Z at Work Barometer survey and the enviAB assessment, which has helped build the professional profile of more than 5,000 respondents.
I've received over 325 testimonials from satisfied clients and earned an average rating of 8.8/10 from 4,659 participants across the last 103 events. Most notably: 83% committed to implementing a concrete action the very next week.

Practical: I'm a unique combination of a business administration and education graduate and a manager with over 15 years of experience. I focus on simple execution steps and practical tools to move quickly from insight to action — all tailored to your context.
