Charlotte Stallings

Charlotte Stallings is a leadership strategist, keynote speaker, executive coach, and author who helps leaders and organizations turn insight into action, navigate change, and create meaningful results. Known as a Catalyst for BOLD Direction and purposeful action, Charlotte brings more than three decades of experience across leadership development, business, financial services, and organizational learning.

For more than 12 years, Charlotte has partnered with corporations, government agencies, educational institutions, and leadership organizations to develop leaders at every level—from emerging leaders and frontline supervisors to senior executives. Her clients have included the Dallas Independent School District, where her firm developed and implemented a Leadership Excellence Academy serving more than 4,000 employees, and the Correctional Management Institute of Texas at Sam Houston State University, where she has been a featured faculty member for more than a decade.

Earlier in her career, Charlotte spent more than 20 years with American Express and held leadership roles with U.S. Bank, Xerox, and Ameriprise Financial. As Vice President of Investment Strategies at Ameriprise, she coached and trained financial advisors and served as the firm's National Spokesperson on Women and Investing Issues.

Charlotte is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a distinction held by a select group of professional speakers worldwide. She has appeared on CNN and numerous national, regional, and local media outlets and is a regular guest on FOX 26 Houston. Her expertise has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Essence, and other publications.

She is the author of I Wish Someone Had Told Me: Financial Lessons Learned the Hard Way and is passionate about helping people make bolder decisions—in leadership, business, and life.

A native Minnesotan, Charlotte has called Houston home for more than 30 years.
