Professional Bio
I’m a passionate leader, lifelong learner, and adventurer committed to helping people and organizations thrive. For over 25 years, I’ve worked to build engaged leaders, high-performing teams, and inspired cultures—and I now lead RightPath Resources, where we combine behavioral science, leadership systems, and technology to transform how people work together and lead.
I draw inspiration from both business challenges and real-world adventures—from dog mushing in Alaska to trekking to Everest Base Camp—and I’m embracing a new challenge: evolving into a tech CEO to bring fresh solutions to leadership and culture development.
TL;DR: Family matters. People matter. Fueled by passion, driven by purpose, and always ready for the next adventure.
