Gaelin Elmore, CSP, is a nationally recognized keynote speaker, consultant, and trainer who helps leaders and organizations build cultures where people truly belong.

A former NFL player, Big Ten Scholar-Athlete, Wilma Rudolph Award recipient, Certified Speaking Professional (CSP - a designation held by fewer than 700 speakers worldwide) and a 2024 Marquis Who’s Who honoree, Gaelin brings a powerful combination of lived experience, research, and practical leadership insight to his work.

Gaelin’s story has reached more than 100,000 people since delivering his first keynote to over 2,000 people as a sophomore in college. For more than eight years, he has partnered with organizations across corporate, nonprofit, education, and government sectors to strengthen leadership, workplace culture, and team connection. His clients include organizations such as Target, Circle K, Molson Coors, the National Children’s Alliance, and the Child Welfare League of America.
