Nan Gesche, MA, is an educator, author of Ladies, Let’s Negotiate, and creator of “Cracking the Collaboration Code,” partnering with organizations to create workplaces where people stay, contribute, and perform. Through leadership development, communication training, and change management strategies, Nan equips individuals and teams to connect authentically, engage respectfully, and work more effectively together.
Known for blending people skills with practical process tools, Nan helps leaders navigate challenging conversations, strengthen decision-making, and build healthier, more collaborative workplaces. Her programs combine research-backed insight, real-world application, interactive learning, and a touch of humor to create experiences that are both engaging and actionable.
Nan teaches communication and leadership for the University of Minnesota and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is certified in the MBTI, ExperienceChange™, Conflict Dynamics Profile, and LSI.
