Richard J. Bryan, CSP, is a keynote speaker whose content is grounded not in theory, but in the hard-won experience of turning around a failing business — and then building it into a thriving, sellable enterprise.

At 28, Richard inherited the role of CEO of a 4th-generation, 100-year-old, $120M automotive dealership in the UK that was $5M in debt, losing $3.5M annually, and six months from bankruptcy. With the guidance of a mentor named Frank — a former Special Forces officer turned turnaround specialist — Richard clarified his leadership, built a culture of A-Players, and steered the company to sustained profitability and an eventual highly profitable exit. That journey is not backstory. It is the content.

Today, Richard delivers high-impact keynotes and coaching for CEOs, senior leaders, and business owners across three interconnected topic areas: Business Growth, Leadership Development, and Succession Planning. His clients include John Deere, Marriott, Deloitte, MassMutual, Wells Fargo Advisors, Texas Capital Bank, Vistage, YPO, Ace Hardware, SHRM, Entrepreneurs' Organization, and the Academy for Chief Executives, among many others.
