He was hired by the U.S. Intelligence Community when they needed to change how they recruit (spies), He was hired by the U.S. Army when a congressional order created one of the largest change efforts in U.S. history resulting in the Army closing 22 bases and realigning 33 others. He was hired to work with The Bermuda Ministry of Education when a labor dispute and a PR disaster almost forced the school system to strike. Tony has served on multiple boards. In 2017, Tony released his best selling book, The Force Multiplier, in 2018 he delivered his first TEDx talk and was awarded the designation Certified Speaking Professional (CSP).
