Professional Bio

Ana Welsh is a Workplace Dynamics Speaker who helps organizations develop the next generation of talent by teaching the unwritten expectations and micro behaviors that shape trust, influence, and career success.

Known for sharing hard truths in a soft way, Ana equips audiences with practical strategies to navigate workplace relationships, strengthen communication, accelerate leadership readiness, and become the kind of professionals everyone wants to work with.

Organizations bring Ana in to prepare early-career talent, develop emerging leaders and first-time managers, help senior leaders better engage and retain Gen Z, and strengthen collaboration across today's multigenerational workforce.

Before stepping onto the keynote stage, Ana helped scale Schweiger Dermatology Group from 2 to 93 locations, supported more than 50 acquisitions, reduced employee turnover from 60% to 21%, and built an award-winning culture that earned her the nickname "Culture Queen."

Today, she teaches sophomores at The Wharton School, helping students bridge the gap between the classroom and the workplace before they receive their first full-time offer.

Ana is the creator of Becoming Indispensable™, a practical framework for helping people become more intentional about how they're experienced at work—because people don't describe you by your résumé; they describe you by how they experience you.
