Andrea Chuchvara

Andrea Chuchvara served as CEO of Cosmetic Group USA from 2012 until the sale of the company in mid-2026. Before Joining the company Mrs. Chuchvara led her own executive consulting firm Blaze LLC for 13 years. During her consulting years Mrs. Chuchvara assisted global organizations in the beauty industry to create ABBIES award winning product, and engineer and negotiate successful licensing agreements. She also led rapid domestic and international expansion efforts, new brand creation and image overhauls, economic crisis recovery, and exits.
Her professional experience includes leading the West Coast Sales team of the Donna Karan Beauty company, transitioning to Estee Lauder with Donna Karan, Regional Sales Director at Ralph Lauren Fragrances a division of L’Oreal USA, and cosmetic buying and store operations experience at the luxury department store Neiman Marcus. Mrs. Chuchvara maximized her career skills by authoring the business insight book The Balance Act of Business and sharing her knowledge with others through speaking at business events across various industries.
