Anne Hungate

For nearly 20 years, Anne Hungate has built her keynote career around a single throughline: resilience during periods of uncertainty. Across three decades in corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, Anne has lived the disruption she speaks about — leading a fully remote workforce transition during COVID-19 with no loss in productivity or revenue, founding and profitably running Daring Systems for seven-plus years with a 90% client-retention rate, and now building QuantumBloom to address what she calls the genderless exodus from the technical workforce as AI reshapes entry-level careers in real time.

Anne's core message: readiness — not prediction — is what creates opportunity. Her talks give audiences a practical, repeatable framework for staying clear-headed and effective when the plan changes out from under them, rather than a mindset alone.

Anne's executive background spans technology, quality assurance, and risk leadership at organizations including RTI International (Head of Technology), Fidelity Investments (SVP, Quality Assurance), DIRECTV, and Union Bank, giving her talks a grounded, boardroom-tested credibility. She holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a BS from Miami University, along with certifications in Executive Coaching, Project Management (PMP), and Certified Software Quality (CSQA).

A 2x Grace Hopper Celebration speaker, Anne has also served as emcee and keynote speaker for the Summit for Women in Tech, and has presented at the NC Women in Tech Summit and the WITS Summit, among other high-profile industry events.
