Annie Meehan, CSP, is an award-winning keynote speaker, author, and workplace culture and resilience expert who has spent more than two decades inspiring audiences to choose hope, navigate change, strengthen relationships, and lead with purpose.

Known for her authentic storytelling, contagious energy, humor, and practical strategies, Annie helps leaders and organizations create healthier workplace cultures where people feel valued, connected, resilient, and equipped to thrive—even when life or business doesn’t go according to plan.

Annie is the creator of the **H3 Culture Framework—Hope, Health & Happiness**, helping organizations strengthen well-being, reduce burnout, improve communication, and build cultures where people can do their best work. Before becoming a professional speaker, Annie spent nine years in the financial industry, owned and operated two fitness franchises, and built and led a direct-sales organization of more than 250 people.

Annie is the author of more than 10 books, including *Choose to Soar: Navigating Disruption in Business and Life*, and is a past president of the National Speakers Association Minnesota Chapter.
