April Martini

April Martini is a TEDx speaker, US Army veteran, and certified life coach who helps leaders and audiences name the thing they cannot see: the inherited beliefs and old conditioning quietly running the whole show.

Her TEDx talk, "The Risk of Being Unknown," takes on a popular idea and flips it. Authenticity is not something you practice when it is convenient. It is a prerequisite. You cannot lead people well, make clear decisions, or build anything that lasts until you actually know who you are underneath the playbook you inherited.

After 18 years leading customer experience and operations teams, April left corporate to do this work full time. She speaks to newly promoted leaders, conference audiences, and anyone ready to stop performing a version of themselves and start owning the real one.

Her belief is simple: the most radical thing you can do is get curious about yourself.
