Carl Green is a leadership development consultant, professional speaker, trainer, and facilitator dedicated to helping organizations strengthen leadership, communication, workplace culture, and team effectiveness. As Founder of C. Green Group LLC, doing business as Inspire360 Leadership Group, Carl partners with corporations, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and community organizations to develop leaders and create healthier, high-performing cultures. A Certified John Maxwell Leadership Team speaker, trainer, and coach, Carl also serves on the President’s Advisory Committee and is certified to facilitate Crucial Conversations®. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and earned his B.A. in Communications and Journalism, with honors, from Washington University in St. Louis.
