Dr. Cassandra G. Hill, CHA, CFE, is a powerhouse hospitality executive, scholar, and advocate who transforms organizational friction into measurable financial returns. As the Founder and CEO of Suite Dreams Hospitality, she delivers strategic solutions that optimize ROI for owners, operators, and guests. Dr. Hill recently completed a monumental 13-year tenure as the Executive Director & Advisory Lead for one of the largest Franchisee associations in the hospitality industry. Dr. Hill has synthesized her frontline franchisor-franchisee expertise with her advanced doctoral research to engineer the proprietary HEARD framework™—the definitive architecture for bridging communication and alignment gaps in franchise relationships.

Beginning as a relief-night auditor, Dr. Hill has spent 30 years in the hospitality industry making a difference. She is the Vice-Chair of the IFA Black Franchise Leadership Council and a recipient of the Hued100: Hospitality Hued’s"100 Hospitality Leaders to Know In 2026." Dr. Hill is a board member of the Duke Patient & Family Advisory Council and the IFA Diversity Council. Armed with an MBA, an MS in Leadership, a Doctorate in Organizational Development, and pursuing a DBA, she is uniquely equipped to steer enterprise-level brands through rapid growth, cultural transformation, and complex operational turnarounds.
