Charles “Chuck” Sherrard Jr. is a keynote speaker, executive advisor, and founder of Blueprint Advantage Group. He helps leaders make better decisions when technology, change, and business pressure collide. With more than 30 years of experience, including leadership roles at Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud, Chuck brings practical perspective to artificial intelligence, adaptability, executive communication, and leading through uncertainty.

His career has taken him from the help desk to global technology leadership, including assignments supporting U.S. military operations in Kosovo and the Middle East. These experiences shaped a conviction that anchors his work today: technology creates potential, but people create value.
