Christian Boucousis

Christian “Boo” Boucousis is the CEO of Afterburner and a former Royal Australian Air Force fighter pilot. After an autoimmune diagnosis grounded him at 30, he built three businesses, including one of the world’s largest humanitarian service providers, before acquiring Afterburner in 2023. Today he installs the fighter pilot leadership model in Fortune 500 organizations through his Flawless Leadership methodology, built on a single idea: you don’t have to be perfect to be flawless.
