I’m Christian Fauria — 2-time Super Bowl champion (XXXVIII & XXXIX) with the Patriots, 1990 National Champion at the University of Colorado, and a former NFL tight end who played 13 seasons across the Seahawks, Patriots, Redskins, and Panthers.
Today, I help coaches, athletes, executives, and teams develop the leadership, communication, and mental toughness needed to win — on and off the field.
As Professional in Residence in Communication and Language Studies at Bryant University, I teach advanced broadcasting and organizational Leadership and communication in sports. Preparing the next generation of sports media professionals through real-world insights, improv, and industry perspectives.
I’m also the host of the Coached 2 Win podcast, where I sit down with championship coaches, athletes, and leaders to unpack authentic coaching and high-performance culture.
