With an MBA from Texas A&M University and experience as an adjunct faculty member at the SMU Cox School of Business, Courtney blends real-world leadership experience with clear, practical frameworks that help leaders navigate the relationships and conversations that matter. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Speakers Association North Texas as Outgoing President.
