Dr. Dale G. Caldwell is an author, executive coach, and leadership expert with more than 40 years of experience across business, higher education, government, and entrepreneurship. As founder and CEO of Strategic Influence LLC, he helps individuals and organizations strengthen communication, develop leaders, and turn personal influence into meaningful results.
A former New Jersey Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of State and former president of Centenary University, Dr. Caldwell has held leadership roles at Deloitte and Scholastic. He earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, an MBA from the Wharton School, and a Doctorate in Education from Seton Hall University.
He is the author of Intelligent Influence: The 4 Steps of Highly Successful Leaders and Organizations. His framework—Influence Awareness, Influence Impact, Influence Management, and Influence Maximization—provides a practical foundation for understanding people, building trust, and leading effectively.
