Dawn Zehren

Dawn Zehren is the founder of GROW Speaking & Coaching, where she helps high-achieving women redesign their next chapter, at work, at home, and within themselves, without the burnout or the martyrdom.

With 28 years of experience guiding women through major life transitions, including a prior career helping 500+ families through the leap into a new home as a Realtor, Dawn brings a rare blend of real-world credibility and framework-driven clarity to the stage. She has been speaking and coaching professionally since 2014.

Dawn speaks primarily to midlife women ready to design a life beyond "doing what was expected," and also to real estate professionals and mortgage lenders navigating plateaus in production and identity.
