Professional Bio

Erin Pash is a licensed marriage and family therapist, serial entrepreneur, and author who has spent her career studying how people think, work, and lead. She co-founded Ellie Mental Health and grew it from a single clinic into a national brand with more than 200 locations across 42 states, earning the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Heartland Award, a spot on Inc.’s Female Founders 100, and Stevie Woman of the Year in Franchising. Today she leads Pash Company, a venture studio built on the idea of People Advancing Social Health, with brands spanning women-centric cannabis retail, gift wrapping, consumer products, legal tech, and a nonprofit supporting court-involved families.

Erin’s keynotes blend clinical expertise, hard-won business lessons, and a lot of humor. Her signature talks include Disrupt. Build. Lead. on purpose-driven leadership, AI + EI = OH on keeping human connection at the center of an AI-driven workplace, and Everybody Sucks Sometimes, based on her new book from BenBella Books (December 2026). She is also the author of the How to Stop Freaking the %#$@ Out! series, host of the Erin Out Loud podcast, and inventor of the patented Kloppener. Audiences leave laughing, thinking differently, and carrying practical tools they can use the next day.
