Gina Glover

Gina Glover has a way of turning a room full of strangers into a room full of real conversations. She's the creator of The 5th Question™, a simple yet powerful concept that moves people past boring small talk and into connection that actually sticks. It all started when she asked a complete stranger, "What's so special about your china pattern?", a question that changed the course of her life and became the spark for everything she now teaches. Before she ever took the stage, Gina built a career across sales, marketing, e-commerce, IT, and product development, so she knows what it's like to sit in the audience, not just stand in front of it.
She's delivered keynotes for organizations including ABS Global, J.F. Ahern, Illinois Credit Union League, Secura Insurance, and the Metals Service Center Institute, among others. And she shared her TEDx talk in Oshkosh on how folding and mailing 833 origami hearts got her through 2020. She crossed Lake Michigan back in 1996, swapping cherries for cheese curds, and never looked back.
Gina's programs are practical, warm, and genuinely funny - without the fluff, the forced icebreakers, just real tools people actually use. Off stage, you'll find her tucked into a corner of the library working on her first book, or traveling with her husband and sometimes one or both of her adult kids (one in Chicago, the other in Minnesota) as she chips away at running a race in all 50 states.
