Jeff Nally

Jeff Nally works with leaders and teams through the grief of change to achieve transformation, results, and impact. He leverages the science of human interaction in the workplace and brain-based leadership to create lasting change. He is a keynote speaker, executive coach, coach supervisor, and author.

Jeff is a Certified Virtual Presenter through eSpeakers, a professional member of the National Speakers Association, served on the NSA Chapter Leadership Committee, and is a past president of the NSA Kentucky Chapter.

Jeff is a co-author of Rethinking Human Resources, Humans@Work, Coaching Wisdom, and When Work Works. Jeff earned a BA in Psychology from Georgetown College and an MBA from Georgia State University.

He has 30 years of professional experience in executive development and human resources in manufacturing and healthcare companies and was the executive director of two not-for-profit organizations.

Jeff was the Chief Coaching Officer and CHRO at CoachSource where he was a keynote speaker, workshop leader, conference emcee, and developed over 1,200 executive coaches.

Jeff is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He completed coach training at The NeuroLeadership Group and graduated with distinction with a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from The NeuroLeadership Institute. He is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.

Jeff was named one of the top Twenty People to Know in Human Resources by Business First of Louisville and is the 2021 recipient of the Thomas J. Leonard Coach Humanitarian Award.
