Professional Bio
Jodi Low is an accomplished corporate trainer, inspirational speaker, and Founder and CEO of U & Improved, an award-winning heart-based leadership development company. Passionate about empowering others, Jodi has trained thousands of entrepreneurs and executives to build thriving businesses, develop success-driven mindsets, and lead with purpose through heart-fueled leadership.
Based in Scottsdale, U & Improved has transformed traditional leadership development through experiential training designed to be practical, challenging, and deeply personal. Through immersive leadership programs, Jodi and her elite training team equip participants with the tools, awareness, and confidence to become more effective leaders in business, at home, and within their communities.
Committed to developing future leaders, Jodi launched a teen leadership program in 2014 to help young adults become more confident, motivated, and purpose-driven. In 2016, she expanded that mission by creating the U & Improved Leadership Foundation, a nonprofit that provides greater access to leadership training for deserving teens.
Jodi has been widely recognized for her contributions to leadership development and community impact. She is a multi-year recipient of the Sun Devil 100 Award (2019–2025) for leading one of the fastest-growing ASU alumni-owned businesses and was named one of Arizona’s Outstanding Women in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal. Additional honors include the Torch Award for Ethics, the Silver Stevie Award for Female Entrepreneur of the Year, Arizona State University’s Alumna of the Year Award, and the 2025 Executive of the Year Award.
Most recently, Jodi published her first book, From Me to U. A devoted single mother and community leader, she actively volunteers and serves organizations dedicated to leadership and service.
