I began my career during the 2000’s recession in the grain handling and processing industry; this opportunity provided me with invaluable field operations experience. I have spent 15 years collectively in safety, human behavior, operational management, leadership development, and developing reliable organizations.

In safety, I have assisted organizations primarily as a trusted advisor in various consulting roles; I am skilled in Occupational Health, Environmental Awareness, Safety Management Systems, Management, and Risk Management. I have assisted and led initiatives at several organizations in reducing their injury rates, highlighted a Fortune 500 company in reducing their recordable, restricted duty, and lost time rates by at least 25%, with a substantial reduction in total lost days by 97% in a two-year initiative.

In leadership and organizational reliability, I have assisted several organizations by enhancing their overall product quality by reducing industry-specific rates, enhancing employee perception survey rates, and reducing front-line turnover rates. I have led an initiative in employee engagement with a second Fortune 500 company; in less than two years, we reduced turnover in the hourly production ranks by 15%. All other leading indicators were enhanced in this timeframe and sustained for years following the initiative’s completion.

I have consulted with organizations of all sizes in all industries, highlighted by Food processing and supply chain, Commercial Construction, Energy production, lean manufacturing, service industries, retail industries, and transportation. I have consulted organizations that are family-owned, publicly traded, employee-owned, member-owned cooperatives, Non-profit, and Government entities.
