Kim Taylor is an executive coach, conference speaker, leadership development advisor, and creator of the Peace + Productivity STATE | STACK | SYSTEM® Leadership Impact Framework. For more than 25 years, she has helped leaders and organizations create meaningful, sustainable change - helping people lead, perform, and live well without sacrificing themselves in the process.
Kim’s work explores the relationship between how leaders are functioning internally and how they ultimately show up, lead, and perform externally. Through executive coaching, speaking, seminars, and immersive development experiences, she helps leaders build greater self-awareness, resilience, clarity, ownership, and sustainable effectiveness.
