Kymberli is an author, keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and the CEO of Sterlene & Scott Careers. She is a trusted expert who has taught thousands of leaders, from VPs, SVPs, and CEOs to Chiefs, Colonels, and General Officers, how to build relationships with intention, integrity, and lasting impact.
Her approach is grounded in real-world experience, including her bold experiment of meeting 100 people in 100 days, which led to profound insights about how meaningful connections are formed.
Kymberli wrote the book I Need To Know You: How to Meet Ordinary, Extraordinary People and Improve Your Life where she shares her original research on connecting with others. Her latest book is titled Compassionate Success: The Leadership Guide to Accelerate and Maximize Organizational Growth.
She’s a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, a former military officer, and a former president of the National Speakers Association’s (NSA) Austin Chapter. These days, Kymberli serves as a national representative for NSA, helping leaders expand their influence, grow their circle of trust, and show up with authenticity in every interaction.
And just for the record: she jumped out of planes, flew solo, and once purchased 36 F-15E fighter jets, all before the age of 28.
