Lindsay Schiess

Lindsay is a curious soul who finds joy in people, pancakes, and sleeping under the stars (preferably not all at once). She laughs loudly, cries during commercials, and is always up for a mountain wander or a deep conversation. More than anything, she loves people.
As a mom to four and wife to one very patient man, she believes families are life's greatest classroom—where we learn how to love, grow, mess up, say sorry, and try again (and again...and again). Home is where she's learned some of her most important lessons about resilience, humility, and connection.
Lindsay is a speaker, therapist, professor at the University of Utah, and podcast host—which basically means she asks a lot of questions and never stops being fascinated by what makes people tick. Through her work, she helps individuals, teams, and organizations build resilience, strengthen relationships, and navigate life and work with more courage and compassion. She believes deeply in the goodness of people and the remarkable capacity we all have to heal, grow, and show up for one another.
