Lisa Conners

Lisa Conners is a keynote speaker, executive coach, and the creator of the Name Yourself™ movement, founded on one powerful belief: human identity drives human impact. Through her keynotes, coaching, and The Generative Leader™ framework, Lisa challenges leaders, founders, and organizations to intentionally develop the identities that unlock leadership, performance, and lasting impact in an AI-driven world.

Lisa’s experiences are the foundation of everything that she teaches and shares. With a career spanning leadership roles across finance, telecommunications, healthcare, hospitality, federal and state consulting, and nonprofit sectors, she brings a real-world lens to her work.

Navigating breast cancer, selling her business during a recession, and ending a 24-year marriage during Covid, gave Lisa a deep, hard-won expertise in resilience, mindset, and what it actually takes to name and claim new identities.

Lisa earned her MBA from the University of Rochester's Simon School and BA from Colgate University. She achieved her Accreditation in Public Relations from the PRSA and is a certified Executive Coach through the International Coaching Federation.

Lisa is a very active Board Member for the National Speakers Association DC Chapter and Citrine Angels, an organization dedicated to expanding investment opportunities for all.
