Matthew Ferrara has a degree in philosophy, is a photographer, writer, mentor, and professional speaker. He has spent the last 35 years traveling the world and helping others grow their lives and careers through personal growth, creativity, inspiration and leadership. Matthew’s journey began in talk radio and real estate in 1991. He has led a successful sales organization, training firm, call center, online learning portal and executive coaching firm. Matthew is an advisor to organizations in 49 states and 33 countries.

Matthew’s work draws connections between many disciplines such as philosophy, business, innovation, art, history, leadership and technology to create unique insights into growth for the modern world. His perspectives include roles as salesperson, CEO, entrepreneur, artist and cancer survivor.

Matthew attended Phillips Academy Andover, went to school in Bologna, Italy, earned degrees in philosophy and economics, moved from Boston to Las Vegas and has flown enough miles to visit the moon and back over five times. He has keynoted conferences and hosted retreats around the world, has been translated into eight languages and his photographs have been auctioned for charities and social causes frequently.
