Dr. Megan Carter DNP, RN, NEA-BC is the President & Founder of MC Health Care Consulting LLC where she started the Chaos Whisperer movement for healthcare leaders to help them go from surviving to thriving. With 20 years of nursing and executive experience, Dr. Carter shares practical tools and culture change techniques through keynotes & workshops. She hosts “The Chaos Whisperers of Healthcare” a weekly podcast that features real, solutions-focused conversations for busy healthcare leaders. Dr. Carter is an AONL Nurse Executive Fellow with a DNP in Executive Leadership from Duke University and board certified as an Advanced Nurse Executive.
