Dr. Megan Carter DNP, RN, NEA-BC is the President & Founder of MC Health Care Consulting LLC where she started the Chaos Whisperer movement for healthcare leaders to help them stop leading from a place of exhaustion so they can focus on what matters most. With 20 years of nursing and executive experience, Dr. Carter shares practical tools and culture change techniques through keynotes & workshops. She hosts “The Chaos Whisperers of Healthcare” a weekly podcast that features real, solutions-focused conversations for busy healthcare leaders. Dr. Carter is an AONL Nurse Executive Fellow with a DNP in Executive Leadership from Duke University and board certified as an Advanced Nurse Executive.
