Michelle May Oneil

Michelle May O'Neil is a Board Certified family law attorney and technology strategist recognized for building excellence across law, business, and emerging platforms. With 34 years in appellate practice, she has established preeminent authority through 195+ appellate matters (55 before the Texas Supreme Court) and as co-founder of O'Neil Wysocki, an appellate forward law firm. She is a consistent honoree of Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyer, Top 50 Women Lawyers in Texas, and a Success Magazine Woman of Influence Finalist (2024).

Michelle's reach extends far beyond the courtroom. She pioneered legal technology innovation—among the first family lawyers to ship consumer apps (2010)—and continues this work through her company Concierra Technology, which works to facilitate better access to justice in the consumer legal space.
