Professional Bio

Every organization has a conversation it's avoiding. Natalie Parker starts it.

For more than 25 years, Natalie has helped leaders name what their organizations won't say, then move people to change it. As founder of Natalie Parker Enterprises, she has advised companies across five industries, including Domtar, ABT Global, Platinum Technologies, and the Washington Commanders.

Audiences know her from the TEDx stage, where her talk How to Handle a Bad Boss earned an Editor's Pick, and from the mainstage of the National Speakers Association's 2024 national conference. Her podcast, So Your Boss Sucks, Now What?, won the Gold Signal Award for Best Indie Podcast and reaches listeners in more than 60 countries. The through line in all of it: workplaces don't fail quietly, and someone has to be willing to say so out loud.

On stage, Natalie blends storytelling, research, and her signature ACCOUNT|able™ and ANCHORed Accountability™ frameworks to give leaders a practical path from avoidance to action. Attendees leave with language for the conversations they've been dodging and the courage to have them Monday morning.

Natalie is an alumna and former trustee of Bennett College and holds a master's degree from The George Washington University and a coaching certification from George Mason University. She lives in Fort Mill, South Carolina, with her husband, Rev. Khalil D. Parker, and their two children.
