Professional Bio
Pete Blank is a leadership expert, TEDx speaker, and national and international keynote presenter who has worked with hundreds of organizations across the United States and beyond to improve leadership, employee engagement, and customer experience.
After beginning his career as a television sportscaster, Pete joined the Walt Disney World Resort, where he spent 13 years managing operations across Disney’s theme parks and resorts. During his time with Disney University, he led the world-renowned Traditions program, facilitated college-level courses for thousands of Disney College Program participants, and served as a Segment Learning Manager supporting Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and the Disney Cruise Line.
Today, Pete is the Training and Organizational Development Manager for the Personnel Board of Jefferson County, where he has spent the past 20 years developing leaders and strengthening organizational culture across local government.
Pete’s influence extends far beyond the classroom and keynote stage. He hosts a weekly television segment, “Monday Motivation,” and creates Pete’s Points video blogs, which reach more than 10,000 people each week. His YouTube channel features over 650 leadership videos focused on practical, real-world strategies.
Pete is a recipient of Disney’s prestigious “Partners in Excellence” award, recognizing the top 3% of employees. He holds both the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association and the Certified Facilitator of Training (CFT) credential from the Center for International Credentials… a rare combination in the speaking and training industry.
He is the author of Employee Engagement: Lessons from the Mouse House and 55 Ways to Add Disney Magic to Your Organization, both available on Amazon.
