Randy Goruk is known for his ability to develop and refine the skills of a broad range of leaders. He has served 26 – years in key senior leadership positions across North America with sales, engineering and manufacturing accountability in several different technologies in the building materials industry.
While leading various multi-million-dollar business units through many challenging times, Randy became an expert in creating teams and leaders that achieve quantifiable results.
For the past 20 years, Randy has been an independent business owner and entrepreneur with a personal focus on leadership development.
He is a member of the National Speakers Association, hosts The Leadership and Learning Podcast, facilitates several Mastermind Groups, regularly writes about leadership and provides in-person and virtual leadership coaching and training.
