Roger Wolkoff, MBA, is an emotional intelligence leadership coach, professional speaker, facilitator, and consultant who helps leaders create companies people don't want to leave.
Through practical, engaging programs, Roger helps leaders and teams strengthen trust, communication, accountability, conflict management, and employee ownership. His work focuses on the everyday leadership behaviors that shape workplace culture: the conversations leaders avoid, the expectations they leave unclear, the problems they solve for others, and the signals that either build or damage trust.
