Scott Tillema

Scott Tillema is a global keynote speaker on high-stakes communication, corporate trainer, and retired SWAT hostage negotiator. As the founder of Negotiation Excellence, LLC, Scott provides organizational instruction on leadership, influence, and difficult conversations to groups worldwide.

Scott holds a master’s degree in psychology, a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, and has received negotiation training from the FBI and at Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation.
