Sheryl Driggers

Sheryl Driggers is a keynote speaker, leadership coach, and entrepreneur with 25 years of business leadership experience. She co-founded a Tallahassee-based collision repair company in 2001, growing it to three locations before successfully selling the business in 2021. She now partners with Collision Advice to help organizations elevate customer and employee experiences.

Sheryl holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing and is a certified coach and trainer with the John Maxwell organization, a Maxwell Certified Behavior Analysis Trainer, a certified facilitator of the Working Genius framework by Patrick Lencioni’s Table Group, and a certified facilitator for the Appreciation at Work program. She has spoken for organizations including Nissan, Stellantis, and the Women’s Industry Network and has shared the stage with bestselling author Chris Voss at the Disney Institute. Sheryl is also a contributing author in the bestselling book Influence and Impact.

Known for her engaging, practical style, Sheryl speaks on moving from transactional to relational leadership, building high-performing teams, and finding purpose beyond business. Her work has earned her recognition as a “Culture Master” on the cover of FenderBender magazine, as well as honors including the Most Influential Women Award from the Women’s Industry Network and the Big M Courage Award.

Beyond the stage, Sheryl teaches monthly leadership classes at Lowell Women’s Prison, equipping women with tools to grow, lead, and rebuild their lives. She also contributes to industry publications and leadership podcasts and is passionate about helping leaders create thriving cultures, grow their impact, and lead with purpose.
