Sydne Jacques is a civil engineer turned CEO and professional speaker; often referred to as the “the engineer with a personality.” Sydne has built an award-winning company with clients around the world, has trained over 20,000 individuals and has facilitated team-building for more than 700 different construction teams. Sydne is passionate about helping individuals and teams to improve leadership, build trust and improve communication.

Sydne is a certified facilitator with the International Partnering Institute, serves on the National Advisory Committee for the College of Engineering at Brigham Young University, is a founding member of the “I Build America” organization and is currently leading the movement in Utah to help construction companies recruit and retain more quality workers.
