Professional Bio
I am Yvette Bernosky, and for 35 years, I’ve worked in the health and fitness industry. I’ve had several club locations in Sarasota, and I’ve been a wellness director for a private social community for a number of years.
Intrigued by human potential, I launched The Empowerment Center SRQ in 2018 and, most recently, I began YBEmpowered.
I’m a certified executive coach, trained by Tony Robbins and Madanes, hold a Bachelor's degree in Metaphysical Science, and am currently attending The Happiness Studies Academy.
My passion has always been to help others empower themselves to live authentically and reach their full potential, and I strive to help people acquire the tools to experience peace, joy, contentment, and well-being in their lives.
Harmonize with Happiness specifically aims to assist others in finding their best emotional core.
